RequiredFieldRule
This validation rule makes sure a field is not null or empty.
For fields with ValueType of String, it makes sure the string is not blank. Values implementing RequiredValue supply their domain-specific empty check.
Return
null if the field is valid, ValidationError.Required otherwise
